Physical fitness for work and independence
The physical fitness for work and independence programme is a specific exercise and cardiovascular programme to assist the client to achieve work hardening, strength and fitness and to participate in their usual activities at work and home. This work hardening programme is for clients for whom pain is not a serious limiting factor.
Functional Reactivation Programme
The purpose of the functional reactivation programme is to address key pain related disability factors using a physical reactivation approach to help claimants manage a return to independent functioning at work and home (where pain has persisted for over 6 weeks following an injury)
Activity Focus
The activity Focus Programme is a multidisciplinary programme for referred claimants who have persistent pain related disability with significant functional problems due to injury for more than 12 weeks. The purpose of the Activity Focussed Programme is to assist clients to adopt a self management approach to functioning independently both at work and home despite pain.
