Single Discipline Assessment Service
ACC's Single Discipline Assessment provides a comprehensive assessment that determines a client's social rehabilitation needs and identifies a range of options to address those needs. The client may be seen by an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse, Social Worker or Speech Language Therapist.

Wheelchair and seating
ACC's Wheelchair and Seating assessment service specifically assesses a client's individual need for correct wheelchair and seating support. This service is available for clients who have injury related mobility and postural support needs.
